UK delivery only
At the moment, Ardovie ships within the United Kingdom only. If you are outside the UK and interested in a piece, please get in touch before ordering.
Delivery cost
Standard UK delivery is £7.95.
Orders over £150 qualify for free UK delivery.
Dispatch times
Most Ardovie pieces are made to order. Please allow 5–10 working days for your item to be made, finished, packed and dispatched. If an item is ready to ship sooner, it will be sent as soon as possible.
Packaging
Each piece is carefully packed to help protect the wood, finish and brackets during delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact Ardovie within 14 days of receiving it.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and returned safely packaged. Buyers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
Made-to-order items
As many Ardovie pieces are made to order in your chosen size, finish and bracket style, returns may not be accepted for custom or personalised items unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact Ardovie as soon as possible with photographs of the item and packaging so the issue can be looked into.
